LEADERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE

Officers and staff undergo training on Leadership and Customer Service Excellence on November 7, 2019 at the CGMPC Head Office. In coordination with the Cooperative, the said training was provided by the Department of Labor and Employment National Conciliation and Mediation Board Branch No. 02 through Hon. Gil G. Caragayan, Director II of the DOLE NCMB Branch No. 02. All participants were awarded with Certificate of Participation while the Cooperative conferred certificates of appreciation to Dir. Caragayan as Resource Speaker, Mr. Mark Leonard Odon IT Focal Person for the technical support, and to the Department of Labor and Employment NCMB Branch No. 02 as acknowledgement and recognition for its continued technical and moral support to the Cooperative.
