GM Orders Employees to Use Eco-Friendly Bags

All CGMPC employees are required to use eco-friendly bags in all retail outlets of the Cooperative as per order made by Mr. Teodoro A. Balanay Jr., General Manager. With this, the Cooperative expects to encourage and empower as many members to help in reducing plastic wastes and curb its negative effects.

Plastic pollution is a major problem in the country in which the Philippines is frequently listed as one of the world’s worst offenders, particularly on marine plastic pollution.
