1. Visit a CGMPC office where you desire to open an account.

*Main office – Claveria, Cagayan

*Branch office 1 – Abulug, Cagayan (near the Apayao-Cagayan Medical Center)

*Satellite office 1 – Camalaniugan, Cagayan (Vicky’s Building, Junction Bulala)

2. Submit the required documents (see Documentary Requirements for Membership)

3. Attend the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES). The PMES is being conducted at your desired branch of membership.
