Membership at CGMPC is open to all natural persons, with the following qualifications:

1. Filipino Citizen
2. At least 18 years of age
3. A permanent resident within the area of operation of CGMPC which is Luzon Island

Question: I am less than 18 years old, can I apply for membership?

Answer: If you are below 18 years old, you may apply for membership at the Claveria Grassroots Laboratory Cooperative which is open for the youth with the age of 7-17 years old. Question: I am a dual-citizen, can I apply for membership?

Answer: Yes, as long as you remain to be a Filipino Citizen.
